Part Time Crew (Pancake King)
About the company
Pancake King is seeking a service crew member to join our dynamic hospitality team in Dunearn Village. We are located right opposite King Albert Park MRT station. This is a part-time position where you will be working on the front lines of our store, delivering exceptional customer service and learning the skills of baking and making drinks as you go along.
Your tasks
- Learning the art of making fresh products on site
- Packing food and beverages to serve to customers
- Operating the point-of-sale system to process payments and manage transactions
- Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently whilst providing recommendations from our menu
- Collaborating with team members to support smooth operations during peak and off-peak hours
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, customer-focused approach
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards teamwork
