III. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education Background Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or Finance.

Preferred: Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Real Estate Investment.

Language Proficiency Required: English – Advanced (spoken & written).

IV. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Minimum Experience Duration 3-5 years of experience.

Relevant Experience Required: Experience in retail/F&B site selection, real estate development, or expansion planning.
