Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the company’s social media pages.

Create, shoot, and edit engaging video content for social media.

Plan and schedule daily social media posts.

Create motivational and inspirational flyers/content for morning posts.

Develop engaging content that promotes the company’s real estate services and properties.

Cover site inspections, real estate events, and other company activities through photosand videos.

Edit videos and other visual content for social media platforms.

Ensure content is posted consistently according to the content calendar.

Monitor social media engagement and audience interaction.

Generate creative content ideas to increase visibility and engagement.

Maintain a well-organized social media content calendar.

Work closely with the company to ensure content aligns with its brand and business objectives.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or in a similar role.

Strong video shooting and editing skills.

Ability to create attractive and engaging social media content.

Good knowledge of major social media platforms.

Ability to use video-editing and graphic-design tools/apps.

Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Must be willing to work on-site in Magodo Phase 11.

Candidates must live around Ketu, Ojota, Ikeja, Magodo, or nearby areas.

Experience in real estate or property marketing is an added advantage.

Location: Magodo Phase 2, Lagos, Nigeria

Remuneration: NGN 150,000 Monthly
