Risk and Credit Officer

Responsibilities:

Supporting effective credit administration, risk assessment, loan monitoring, and recovery Ensuring compliance with the organization’s policies and applicable regulatory standards. Requirements:

Possess proven integrity and a strong sense of accountability. Have a sound educational background. Have practical experience in credit administration and risk management. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Have good knowledge of microfinance operations. Be able to evaluate and assess credit/loan applications. Monitor loan performance and identify potential risks. Have experience or competence in loan recovery and follow-up. Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements. Demonstrate leadership capacity and sound decision-making skills. Be committed to protecting the organization’s assets and reputation.
