CUiT is looking for a driven and business-oriented Business Development / Sales professional to identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth across CUiT's products, programs, and business assets.
In this role, you will work closely with our internal team to bring creative ideas and programs to market, connect with potential clients, and turn business opportunities into successful partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Drive sales of programs and intellectual properties (IP) developed by the Creative Director.
- Introduce and offer CUiT's products, programs, and services to brands, companies, and potential partners.
- Identify and acquire new clients while developing long-term business relationships.
- Explore and monetize CUiT's assets, products, and services to create new revenue streams.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing.
- Develop business opportunities that align with CUiT's growth objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or a related field.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive in identifying opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.
- Comfortable pitching ideas, presenting proposals, and negotiating commercial deals.
- Target-oriented, resourceful, and motivated to achieve business results.
- Able to work collaboratively with creative and cross-functional teams.
