Process Lab Technician – R&D

An innovative technology company is looking for a Process Lab Technician to join the R&D team. The role combines practical work with advanced equipment, performing processes and tests, data collection, and supporting ongoing development activities.

Responsibilities

• Operation of equipment and systems within pilot and development processes.
• Preparation of samples and performing tests according to defined protocols.
• Data collection and accurate documentation of processes and results.
• Performing basic maintenance tasks and ensuring equipment functionality.
• Maintaining a tidy and organized work environment.
• Working independently alongside collaboration with research teams on various projects.

Job Requirements

• Technical orientation and the ability to work with equipment and systems.
• High ability for order, organization, precision, and attention to detail.
• Personal responsibility and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in a computerized environment and Office software.
• Good ability to read and write in English.
• Curiosity, flexibility, and the ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in a production, laboratory, or cleanroom environment – an advantage, but not mandatory.
