Alternative Investments Operations Coordinator

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator for a significant role in the field of alternative investments. The role combines responsibility for the financial operations of private investments and investment funds, alongside data and performance analysis and working with professional interfaces in Israel and abroad.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the operational and financial aspects of private investments and investment funds.
• Responsibility for Capital Calls and distributions to investors.
• Performing investment valuations, performance analysis, and producing management reports.
• Setup, registration, and documentation of transactions in the company's systems.
• Routine work with investment entities in Israel and abroad and with finance and investment departments.
• Participation in processes to improve and streamline systems and workflows.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a relevant field.
• Previous operational experience in a financial institution such as an investment house, bank, or insurance company.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Good level of English, including routine written correspondence.
• Affinity for the investment world, high analytical ability, responsibility, and motivation for learning and development.
