Responsibilities and assignments You will be the first point of contact for Pitziers seeking technical assistance. You will be responsible for acting as a bridge in the onboarding process of new Pitziers, performing the creation and configuration of users and access accounts, as well as the preparation of notebooks and other equipment, ensuring that all necessary resources are ready for use from the first day of work. Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware. Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques. Perform routine and scheduled system audits, including backups and system updates. Monitor and update the status of requests and keep Pitziers informed about the progress of service requests. Record events, incidents, problems, and their respective solutions in logs and knowledge bases. Requirements and qualifications Experience as a Help Desk professional or in another customer support role. Experience or knowledge in programming languages, operating systems, and technologies such as Windows, macOS, basic Linux, and Raspberry Pi. Technical and practical knowledge in MS Office automation tools, databases, and remote access tools, such as TeamViewer. Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Excellent communication skills. Basic level English.
