Pipeline Gurus is a B2B sales-as-a-service company helping technology businesses across the GCC grow their sales pipelines. We're looking for a proactive, resourceful, and organized Business Administrator to support our recruitment, administration, and business operations. Fresh graduates are welcome; attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn matter more to us than experience.
Your tasks
- Proactively source and approach potential candidates through LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, and other channels.
- Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and manage recruitment pipelines.
- Build relationships with universities, career offices, and external organizations.
- Maintain organized databases, records, trackers, and internal documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, schedules, and administrative activities.
- Conduct research on companies, people, markets, and business opportunities.
- Support employee onboarding and day-to-day business operations.
- Identify inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and take ownership of special projects.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–3 years of experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, online platforms, and digital tools.
- Confident approaching and communicating with new people.
- Naturally curious, resourceful, and willing to figure things out independently.
- Persistent, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Someone who creates work for themselves rather than waiting to be assigned it.
