Payment Onboarding Specialist

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented payment onboarding specialist to join our growing Forex/Fintech team. If you have a strong understanding of payment onboarding processes, PSPs, and client support, this is your opportunity to work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Key responsibilities

Manage the onboarding and integration process for payment providers, merchants, and clients

Coordinate with PSPs, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth onboarding operations

Monitor and maintain onboarding documentation, compliance checks, and account setup processes

Handle payment-related issues, escalations, and follow-ups in a timely manner

Update and manage client records using CRM systems and payment tools

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in payment onboarding

Previous experience in the Forex trading, Fintech, or financial services industry is required

Strong knowledge of onboarding procedures, PSPs, payment gateways, and payment operations

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Hands-on experience using CRM systems and payment platforms/tools

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
