Your tasks

Working from a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, you’ll be responsible for setting up and operating manufacturing equipment, ensuring targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and GMP compliance.

The Role – Manufacturing Operator As a Manufacturing Operator, you will play an important role in ensuring the manufacturing process runs safely, efficiently and consistently.

Your responsibilities will include

• Setting up and operating manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Running equipment safely and efficiently to meet daily manufacturing targets.
• Monitoring machinery and processes to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Carrying out routine checks and identifying any issues during manufacturing.
• Completing manufacturing records, paperwork and documentation accurately.
• Working in accordance with GMP, SOPs and company quality procedures.
• Carrying out basic fault finding and escalating technical issues where required.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised manufacturing environment.
• Supporting continuous improvement activities across the manufacturing process.
• Working closely with colleagues and other departments to maximise efficiency.
• Ensuring all Health & Safety and regulatory requirements are followed at all times.

Requirements

Manufacturing Operator – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Are you an experienced Manufacturing Operator or Machine Operator looking for a long-term opportunity within a modern, highly regulated manufacturing environment?

What We’re Looking ForEssential*

• Previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing environment.
• A hands-on approach with good attention to detail.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and work to high quality standards.
• Willingness to work a rotating days and nights shift pattern.

Desirable

• Previous experience working within a GMP-regulated environment.
• Pharmaceutical, food, FMCG or other highly regulated manufacturing experience.
• Experience working with automated or semi-automated manufacturing equipment.
• Experience contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
