Process Engineer

-Lead trial production of new products; collaborate with Pioneer Japan and manufacturing teams to transition from pilot runs to mass production. -Evaluate and validate new materials and production Jig & Equipment. -Develop and maintain product validation plans and technical documentation related to IATF16949 -Analyze process issues and implement improvement plans to enhance pass rate and production efficiency. -Collaborate with the quality team to analyze failures and non-conformities, and continuously optimize processes to improve product quality. -Design,optimize, and implement process flows for optical communication products.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic engineering , Electrical engineering. Bachelor's degree or above in , Communication engineering, or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with basic statistical analysis tools Astrong sense of responsibility and team spirit; able to adapt to periods of overtime when necessary. Good communication and reading skills in English ; Japanese speaking candidates are preferred. Strong hands-on skills, analytical thinking, and effective problem-solving abilities.
