CLEANER

·      Maintain the overall cleanliness and hygiene of assigned premises and common walkways. ·      Clean and disinfect toilets, washrooms, sinks, and other shared sanitary facilities regularly. ·      Perform routine sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of floors, corridors, staircases, and surfaces, ensuring they remain clean and dry. ·      Sanitize high-touch areas such as door handles, railings, and switches. ·      Empty rubbish bins regularly and dispose of all waste properly in accordance with company procedures. ·      Maintain, store, and properly care for all cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies after use. ·      Replenish cleaning and hygiene supplies as needed, and inform the supervisor when stocklevels run low or equipment is damaged. ·      Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, damages, or cleanliness concerns observed within the premises to the supervisor. ·      Follow all company health, safety, hygiene, and environmental procedures at all times. ·      Carryout any other ad-hoc cleaning and housekeeping duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
