Sales Associate (luxury brand) [Chiang Mai]

• Responsible for the overall sales process, including walk-in customers and customers contacting via telephone/email, as well as receiving, inspecting, and unpacking products, ensuring that received goods are correct and in pristine condition
• Create new sales opportunities and develop customer relationships, providing accurate, reliable, and high-quality customer service
• Ensure customers receive the best experience within the store, both in terms of new product sales and customer services, such as product repairs, and attending to all visitors

Qualifications: 0–5 years of experience working in high-end luxury brand businesses Has an interest in and passion for luxury brands and fashion Able to communicate well in English Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills Able to work according to mall hours, including Saturdays-Sundays and public holidays
