QC Engineer (Chinese Speaking)

1. Responsible for receiving and collecting information related to customers, including understanding, translating, and managing relevant documents.
2. Inspect and verify quality issues reported by customers and, if necessary, manage suspect parts for measurement, inspection, or corrective/rework actions.
3. Coordinate and allocate relevant resources to perform inspection and analysis of quality issues reported by customers.
4. Handle customer quality complaints promptly, prepare relevant reports according to customer requirements, and monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
5. Assist in monitoring the use of the company's products by customers and report information or issues found to Process Engineers or the Quality Manager promptly.
6. Collect and perform preliminary analysis of quality notifications or complaints from customers.
7. Prepare and coordinate the preparation of quality documents required by customers, such as IMDS, PPAP, and other related documents, and deliver them to customers promptly.
8. Responsible for storing, classifying, and maintaining documents sent to customers, such as PPAP documents, PSW, and related documents.

12. Responsible for requesting product certifications such as UL, CSA, VDE and maintaining such certifications on an ongoing basis, including controlling and managing the use of UL, CSA, VDE marks, as well as managing Multiple Listing or Secondary Certificate registrations.

Qualifications: Male, aged between 28–35 years. Very good English and Chinese communication skills. Bachelor's degree in any field; Engineering graduates will be given special consideration. At least 1 year of experience in Quality Control (QC) or Quality Assurance (QA). Knowledge of Automotive Core Tools, including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and Control Plan, as well as IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 14001 standards. Computer skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office programs.
