Media & Creative Studio | Lekki (Chisco Axis), Lagos | Hybrid

Our client, a growing Media & Creative Studio, is seeking an experienced, commercially driven and highly proactive Business Development & Marketing Executive who knows how to find opportunities, open doors and convert prospects into paying clients.

This is a results-driven role for someone who can confidently take the studio to the market — digitally, through strategic networking and direct business development.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Generate and qualify new business leads
Prospect, pitch, negotiate and close profitable deals
Market the studio's services to brands, businesses, agencies, creators, NGOs and corporate organisations
Build strategic partnerships and strong client relationships
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Create and support digital marketing initiatives that drive enquiries and bookings
Consistently work towards agreed monthly KPIs and revenue targets

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Proven experience in Business Development, Sales or Marketing — preferably within media, creative, advertising, entertainment or related industries
Strong evidence of lead generation and successful deal conversion
Excellent pitching, negotiation and relationship-management skills
Digitally savvy with a good understanding of social media and online marketing
Strong corporate network and ability to develop new connections
Self-driven, proactive and highly results-oriented

💰 COMPENSATION

₦100,000 fixed gross monthly salary

➕ Up to ₦100,000 monthly Performance Allowance upon achievement of agreed KPIs

➕ 5% commission on qualifying new deals of ₦2.5M+ successfully originated and converted, calculated after applicable company expense deductions.
