- 3–5 years in Sales / Customer Service
- Min. 1–2 years in Supervisor / Team Leader role
- Experienced with CRM & customer data
- Familiar with Shopee, TikTok Shop & Live Selling
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Softlens/contact lens user preferred 👀
- Retail / beauty / fashion / optical experience is a plu.
- Fluent in English is a plus

- Lead & develop CS, Sales & Live Host team
- Drive sales target & team performance
- Manage CRM & customer journey
- Build customer retention & repeat order
- Monitor Marketplace, Live Selling & Offline Store
- Handle customer complaints & escalations
- Collaborate with Marketing & Operations
