What you'll learn

Set up and run CNC mills, lathes and grinders alongside a mentor

Read blueprints and apply GD&T

Program in Mastercam and at the machine control

Machine precision parts and tooling to tight tolerances

Measure and inspect your work with precision instruments

Grow from running parts to owning a job from print to finished part

Who you are

Enrolled in a technical college machine tool, CNC or manufacturing program, or a recent grad

No experience needed: just curiosity and drive

You love to build, fix or figure things out

Detail-oriented, dependable and team-minded

Our shop

Precision CNC milling, turning, grinding, and EDM, programmed in Mastercam and at the control. Since 1974, we've made everything from mold inserts and die components to fixtures and precision assemblies. We run on a modern ERP and put AI to work across the business.
