Aeronautical Product Support Technician (M/F)

Job Description:

The Piment group, a recruitment firm, is looking for a production support technical office technician for one of its partners.

Within the framework of its defined portfolio, and occasionally as a backup for the portfolio holder, the agent performs the following activities: Provide short-term technical support to production workshops with a focus on Quality, Cost, and Schedule performance for customers; Provide technical support to operators and coordinate actions with various stakeholders to unblock production situations: participate in the organization of the repair process according to the condition of the part, evaluate technical risk, and participate in the decision regarding the repairability of the part.

Provide support to technical referents in their improvement actions.

Handle non-conformities on parts: Technically analyze and process non-conformities to relaunch parts into the repair flow in accordance with the ESM.

Inform internal and external customers on technical aspects.

Handle scrapped parts.

Maintain the product portfolio dashboard.

Manage manufacturer deviations: Compile and submit manufacturer deviation files (DR/DICA) to OEMs, respond to their requests, and occasionally propose repair solutions.

Implement salvage repairs provided by the OEM to relaunch parts into the repair flow, including the drafting of specific technical documentation if necessary.

Participate in the technical improvement of products: Perform causal and occurrence analyses of non-conformities and manufacturer deviations in order to identify areas of work for the Products technical office.

Propose action plans related to non-conformities and then participate in working groups led by the Products BT following the analyses performed.

Participate in the industrialization of new repairs.

Profile Description:

Graduate with a professional license in Aeronautics.

You have technical knowledge of materials and repair processes.

Blueprint reading.

Drafting of technical documentation.

Mastery of English is indispensable.
