Job Description:

As a Warehouse Methods Manager M/F, you will play a key role in optimizing flows, methods, and warehouse organization to ensure parts availability, stock reliability, and operational performance in a demanding aeronautical environment.

Your main responsibilities will be to Define, structure, and improve warehouse management methods to ensure the reliability of daily operations; Manage the organization of flows for receiving, storage, preparation, and shipping of aeronautical parts; Implement and monitor procedures related to traceability, compliance, and the quality of stored items; Analyze performance indicators and propose continuous improvement plans; Optimize layouts, storage modes, and warehouse operating standards; Support teams in the application of processes and professional best practices; Collaborate with production, logistics, quality, and procurement departments to ensure smooth operations; Contribute to the resolution of anomalies, stock discrepancies, and performance issues.

Profile Description:

Experience Confirmed experience in a warehouse, logistics, or methods environment. Experience in aeronautics or a regulated industrial sector is a plus.

Technical Skills Mastery of warehouse organization and optimization methods; Knowledge of logistics flows, stock monitoring, and traceability; Good understanding of logistics management tools and performance indicators; Ability to formalize procedures and support their deployment.
