The Piment Group is looking for a Contract Manager Lawyer (M/F) for one of its clients located in Vélizy (78)

Your missions Analyze, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts (public and private) in France and internationallyParticipate in responses to calls for tender and bid/no bid phasesIdentify and assess legal and contractual risksPropose risk mitigation strategiesEnsure contractual follow-up during the execution phase (claims management, amendments, disputes)Collaborate closely with finance, program, procurement, and sales teams***Ensure regulatory compliance (export control, anti-corruption, GDPR, etc.)

Profile Description:

Your profile Education: Higher education in law (Master 2 Business Law, Contract Law, International Law, or equivalent)Significant experience (minimum 5 years) as a contract lawyer / contract manager, ideally in an industrial, defense, aeronautics, or large projects environmentExcellent mastery of contract law and commercial lawGood understanding of complex technical and industrial environmentsFluent English is essential (written and oral)Rigor, analytical skills, synthesis skills, and strong interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation skills and business sense
