OPERATIONS TECHNICIAN - BUILDING INSTALLATIONS

Company specialized in engineering and consultancy for sustainable, comfortable, and healthy buildings, located in Aiguafreda.

What will your responsibilities be?

You will be part of the operations team and will participate in the preparation, coordination, and monitoring of installations on-site, working together with the Operations Manager, the technical office, operators, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Main responsibilities:

• Support the planning and coordination of installation works.
• Prepare the necessary documentation for the execution of the works.
• Review plans, diagrams, measurements, and technical documentation before and during execution.
• Prepare orders and manage the needs for materials and equipment for the different works.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to guarantee the supply of materials and equipment.
• Conduct site visits and monitor the execution of the installations.
• Provide technical support to the teams of operators and subcontractors.
• Detect incidents during execution and collaborate in proposing solutions.
• Check the quality of the executed works and their correspondence with the project.
• Monitor deadlines and report possible deviations.
• Participate in the commissioning, testing, and verification of the installations.
• Prepare the necessary documentation for the closing and handover of the works.

What skills and knowledge are necessary for the position?

• VALUABLE previous experience in installation companies, engineering firms, or in the execution and monitoring of building installations.
• Technical training related to installations, preferably Engineering, CFGS, or equivalent degree.
• Languages: advanced Spanish and Catalan + intermediate-advanced English
• Residence in Osona or Vallès Oriental
• Driver's license and own vehicle
• We are looking for both junior profiles with a good technical base and a desire to learn, as well as experienced profiles who can progressively assume more autonomy in the management of the works.

• Stable contract
• Salary: 26,000 € - 33,000 € gross/year
• Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8h to 14h and from 15h to 17h30
