Your Tasks

• Take ownership of multiple mechanical systems across our aircraft platforms throughout their entire lifecycle
• Design, develop, qualify, and certify mechanical components and systems in compliance with FAR/EASA\-CS Part 23 requirements
• Prepare technical reports, investigate engineering issues, and provide technical support for in\-service aircraft operations
• Act as the technical focal point for external suppliers, managing interfaces and collaboration with system and equipment vendors
• Support and participate in aircraft ground tests, flight test campaigns and the introduction of new developments into production
• Analyze in\-service technical issues, define effective corrective actions and provide engineering support to production and customer support organizations

With this you convince us

• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in aerospace mechanical systems within a development, integration and certification environment
• Strong expertise in one or more mechanical engineering disciplines with experience in certification standards such as RTCA DO\-160 and DO\-254
• Solid understanding of requirements development, traceability, verification and validation processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience leading complex engineering projects and working with global suppliers; fluent English is essential, is an advantage
• Highly organized, proactive and collaborative with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast\-paced environment
