Responsibilities and assignments

Look at how you will contribute to the IT Infrastructure team:

• Prospecting customers for product export, according to the company's policy and strategic plan, identifying partnership opportunities in profitable markets, qualifying and consolidating these relationships, aiming to ensure customer loyalty, satisfaction, and the fulfillment of established goals;
• Planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating actions to expand product distribution, aiming to increase revenue through direct and indirect sales, as well as fulfilling the goals defined by the company;
• Executing relationship and support actions for export customers, in addition to defining after-sales strategies, aiming for customer loyalty and the achievement of goals established by the company;
• Monitoring export contracts through actions with representatives, tradings, and brokers, aiming to strengthen the relationship, promote sustainable results for both parties, and ensure compliance with the goals defined by the company.

Requirements and qualifications

To do a great job, you need to present:

• Completed Degree in Administration, Comércio Exterior, Logistics, Relações Internacionais, or related fields;
• Experience in foreign trade and international market development;
• Mastery of Pacote Office, with a focus on Intermediate Excel;
• Fluency in the English language;
• Availability to work in person in Belo Horizonte/MG.
