Your tasks
Your tasks as an Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d):
- Support and advise national and international customers via telephone and email
- Creation and processing of offers, orders, and invoices
- Coordination of deliveries as well as monitoring export and customs processing
- Creation of export documents and cooperation with freight forwarders and customs authorities
- Maintenance of customer data in the CRM system and participation in the optimization of internal processes
Requirements
Your profile as an Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d)
- Completed commercial or ophthalmic training or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience in sales, ideally in an international environment
- Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and an independent, proactive way of working
- Proficient use of MS Office and CRM systems
- Good written and spoken English skills
