Junior Fleet Manager

In a nutshell

At Picnic, we deliver groceries to 45,000 families daily with a fleet of 1,800 electric vehicles (our 'EPVs'). For our fleet, we are looking for a Fleet Manager!

As a Fleet Manager, you play a crucial role in making this possible. You make a direct impact by working on improvement projects to make our processes as efficient as possible and by managing changes in last mile delivery processes. Every day you make a difference at Picnic!

The art of the craft

Reliable partner: You are the point of contact for various Picnic teams regarding questions and advice about our fleet of EPVs.

Administration & finance: You are responsible for vehicle management, keeping everything organized, and ensuring that every quote and invoice is correct.

Stakeholder management: You are the link between our Hubs (last-mile locations) and our service partners, guaranteeing effective and smooth cooperation.

Coordination: You coordinate with internal teams and service partners to ensure the health and availability of the fleet.

Project management: You develop and implement projects to improve our Last-Mile operation, thereby stimulating continuous improvement and operational excellence within Picnic.

About you…

HBO working and thinking level

0-2 years of work experience

You are fluent in Dutch and English

You possess a driving license B

You have experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint

You are available 32-40 hours
