Hub Manager (M/F)

In brief

Picnic is looking for a Hub Lead to supervise one of our Hubs in the Île-de-France region, with the desire to maintain and improve our operations. Hubs are at the heart of Picnic's operations. This is where deliveries are brought from the Fulfilment Center (FC), where electric carts are charged, and where Runners set off on their routes to deliver to customers' homes. It is essential that the process is smooth and seamless in every hub so that our supply chain functions and our goods are delivered on time.

Your missions

Leadership and team management: Supervise, motivate, and organize your team of Runners (delivery drivers) and Runners + (team leaders) to ensure optimal performance;

Operations and safety: Supervise the smooth running of delivery activities while guaranteeing safety and efficiency;

Planning and coordination: Manage schedules, optimize resources, and ensure fluid communication with the central team;

Maintenance and logistics: Ensure the maintenance of ePv (Picnic electric vehicles) and the necessary capacity to support growth;

Optimization and performance: Improve the efficiency of your Hub and achieve the set objectives.

About you

Associate's or Bachelor's degree (BAC+2/3) in distribution management, commerce, or another similar field;

2 years of experience in managing operational field teams (e.g., delivery driver profiles, order pickers...);

You are an approachable, dynamic person with a sharp mind;

You know how to work effectively and within deadlines;

Ideally, you are comfortable in English.
