Senior HR Officer (M/F)
In brief
Ready to leverage your HR expertise by joining the supermarket revolution? At Picnic, become the preferred point of contact for our order pickers, delivery drivers, and operational managers at our warehouses in Île-de-France! Based at the Moissy-Cramayel (77) warehouse, your role covers the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to departure. Reporting to the HRBP, you support them by providing expertise in individual social law, particularly regarding disciplinary management and the securing of legal procedures. You will also contribute to the improvement of HR processes at Picnic, where you can make a difference and have a real impact from your first day!
Your missions
Supporting managers: Advise field managers (team leaders, supervisors) daily on team management, compliance with labor law (working hours, internal regulations), and support them in resolving conflicts or complex situations;
Individual & legal relations: Manage legal files from A to Z (analysis, drafting letters, interviews) in connection with the HRBP;
Employee lifecycle: Coordinate onboarding, support the monitoring of probation periods, conduct exit interviews, and be the primary contact for daily questions;
Administration: Draft contracts, amendments, and various letters, and ensure the rigorous maintenance of files in our HR tools;
KPIs & HR Projects: Monitor the indicators of your scope (absenteeism, turnover) and participate in the company's cross-functional projects.
About you
You hold a Bachelor's/Master's degree (Bac+3/5) in HR, Social Law, or another similar field;
You have 2 to 4 years of experience in a generalist HR position, ideally in a high-volume operational environment (Logistics, Retail, Industry);
You have an English level equivalent to at least B1/B2 to facilitate exchanges with your international colleagues;
You hold a Driver's License (Permis B), have a vehicle, and are ready to travel regularly with the HRBP to our various distribution Hubs in Île-de-France;
You have French nationality, European citizenship, or a work permit for France (employee status);
You have a true mastery of labor law, combined with impeccable rigor and attention to detail in your daily work;
You have superb interpersonal skills: empathetic, a good listener, and maintaining absolute confidentiality, you know how to manage complex situations while asserting your ideas.
