Industrial Project Manager (M/F)

Your tasks

Reporting to the Technical & Projects Department, you will manage complex technical business from the analysis of customer needs to the final delivery of equipment.

Acting as a true conductor, you will ensure the coordination of all stakeholders to guarantee the technical, financial, and contractual success of the projects.

In this capacity, you will notably be responsible for

• Analyzing customer needs and requirements.
• Building, planning, and managing projects in compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality objectives.
• Ensuring global monitoring of the technical and financial progress of business until closure.
• Guaranteeing the availability of necessary resources and optimizing their use.
• Coordinating multidisciplinary internal teams as well as external partners.
• Ensuring contractual monitoring and managing project evolutions.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, security, and company quality policy requirements.

Requirements

Profile Description Graduate of a higher education program at the Bac+5 level (Engineering School or equivalent). You have proven experience of at least 5 years in industrial project management, ideally in environments with high regulatory constraints.

• Solid experience in managing complex technical projects.
• Knowledge of metallurgy, mécano-soudure, or boiler making constitutes a real advantage.
• Excellent organizational, anticipation, and coordination skills.
• Natural leadership and the ability to unite cross-functional teams.
• Customer service orientation and recognized interpersonal skills.
• Mastery of project management tools.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
