Plant Manager (Mechanical/Manufacturing/Technical Engineer)

Process-oriented Manufacturing Plant Manager - significant experience required in leading change, efficiency, and improvement processes. Management of the plant headquarters - strategic management according to headquarters specializations. Synchronization of plant activity with cross-functional entities in the organization (Finance, Procurement, Sales, etc.). Responsibility for all production processes in the plant to meet the production and quality plan. Management of the plant as a Profit and Loss unit. Management of internal and external organizational relations. Management of a team of middle managers. Reporting to the Board of Directors. Significant experience in a Plant Manager role - manufacturing company. Technical understanding and orientation. Experience in leading employees and managers. Systems thinking and business understanding. High level of English.
