Phoenix Talent Partners is exclusively representing a highly regarded Chartered Financial Planning business seeking an experienced Senior Paraplanner to join its successful team.
This is a senior technical role working alongside experienced Financial Planners within a collaborative, cross-functional environment, supporting complex financial planning cases and exceptional client outcomes .
THE ROLE
You’ll take ownership of cases from inception through to completion , preparing complex suitability reports, undertaking detailed research and analysis, and providing technical input across investments, pensions, protection and tax planning.
You’ll also:
- Work closely with Financial Planners on complex cases and strategy
- Liaise directly with clients where required
- Review and sign off junior paraplanning work
- Coach and mentor junior team members
- Contribute to process and workflow improvements
- Maintain high regulatory and quality standards
- Support the effective use of technology and financial planning systems
ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for an experienced Paraplanner with:
- Strong technical financial planning knowledge
- Experience managing complex cases independently
- Excellent research, analytical and report-writing skills
- Strong understanding of FCA requirements and regulatory change
- Confidence engaging with Advisers, clients and senior stakeholders
- A collaborative, continuous-improvement mindset
- The ability to mentor and support junior colleagues
