Phoenix Talent Partners is exclusively representing a growing Financial Planning business looking for an experienced Senior IFA Administrator to join its team.
This is a busy, fast-paced environment where accuracy, organisation and excellent Adviser support are essential.
THE ROLE
Working closely with Financial Advisers and the wider support team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the advice process runs smoothly from application through to completion.
- Provide high-quality administrative support to Financial Advisers
- Process applications and accurately key client and policy information
- Manage transactions and ongoing client administration
- Navigate provider portals and platforms confidently
- Liaise with providers and other third parties
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure cases progress efficiently
- Work closely with Advisers, Paraplanners and Compliance
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for an experienced IFA Administrator with:
- Strong experience supporting Financial Advisers
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good knowledge of the financial planning / advice process
- Experience using provider platforms and relevant industry technology
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to manage a busy workload and competing priorities
- A proactive, team-focused approach
- Pride in delivering a high standard of service
