PARAPLANNER | LEEDS / HYBRID | CAREER PATHWAY

Phoenix Talent Partners is exclusively representing a growing Financial Planning business looking for a Paraplanner to join its team.

This is a fast-paced, volume-based environment where you’ll work closely with Advisers, Compliance and Sales Support — so if you’re technically strong, organised and have a great eye for detail, this could be a fantastic opportunity.

THE ROLE

You’ll support Advisers across a busy caseload, helping to ensure cases progress efficiently and to a high standard.

  • Prepare suitability reports and client documentation
  • Provide technical paraplanning support to Advisers
  • Manage a busy workload and competing priorities
  • Work closely with Compliance and Sales Support
  • Ensure accuracy, quality and regulatory standards are maintained
  • Build strong relationships across the wider team

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for someone with around 2–3 years’ Paraplanning experience .

You don't need extensive experience — we're interested in someone who has:

  • Strong technical financial planning knowledge
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to work at pace and manage volume
  • Good organisation and time management
  • A collaborative, team-focused approach
  • Working towards their Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
  • The ambition to develop their career

STUDY SUPPORT PROVIDED

The business will provide study support to help you complete your Diploma , supporting your longer-term development within financial planning.

The business is prepared to support your development, with the potential to progress towards an Adviser role after approximately 18–24 months , subject to development, performance and qualifications.
