Job Summary As a Senior Architectural Coordinator, you will lead architectural supervision and coordination on major HDB projects, ensuring smooth project execution through effective stakeholder collaboration and rigorous control of specifications, costs, and schedules. Responsibilities Supervise architectural works on site to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards Coordinate with subcontractors and clients to align project objectives and resolve issues promptly Review project specifications, construction drawings, and technical clarifications to support accurate execution Manage cost control, work scheduling, material requisitions, and project documentation to maintain project timelines and budgets Liaise with Site Engineers, Consultants, Architects, and Suppliers to facilitate seamless communication and coordination Coordinate site activities and prepare daily progress reports to monitor contractor performance and project status Supervise a team of contractors across all phases of the architectural process to ensure consistent delivery and quality Required competencies and certifications Diploma or Degree in Architecture or relevant qualification Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural planning, detailing, and site supervision Knowledge of local building regulations and by-laws Experience in preparing architectural details and coordinating project activities Flexibility to work extended or variable hours as project demands require Preferred competencies and qualifications Strong project management skills demonstrated through successful delivery of architectural projects Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders High self-motivation, professionalism, and integrity in managing responsibilities Ability to work collaboratively as a team player and adapt to dynamic work environments Other Information Salary/Benefits: Salary negotiable based on experience, reflecting the priority of securing the right candidate Typical engineering working hours with a 5.5-day workweek Permanent placement in Singapore Access to training and continued professional development Tailored individual career plans and a supportive team environment Opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge construction projects How to Apply: Please submit a detailed resume including availability or notice period, reason for leaving, current and expected salary to: Babs Khanduja (Reg.
