- Maintenance and development of existing partnerships.
- Conducting meetings with customers and developing strategic partnerships.
- Preparation of offers, price lists, and commercial agreements in cooperation with Management.
Financial Monitoring
- Monitoring profitability per customer, service, and project.
- Monitoring operating costs and profit margins.
- Regular reporting of results and performance indicators to Management.
Required Qualifications:
- University or TEI degree in Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar position in the transport and/or logistics industry.
- Mandatory experience in both:
- operations management as well as
- customer base development and sales.
- Very good knowledge of English.
- Ability to manage and develop teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Commercial mindset and negotiation skills.
- Ability to undertake professional travel to Athens up to 2 times per month.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and modern management tools. Knowledge of WMS, TMS, or ERP systems.
Desirable Qualifications
- Existing network of contacts with industrial, commercial, or other businesses that use transport, warehousing, and logistics services.
- Experience in contract management and commercial agreements.
