Your tasks
- Processing of electronic bank statements and cash allocation.
- Issuing invoices based on provided data.
- Communicate to customers and reply to customer queries.
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reporting.
- Achieve performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements.
- Implementation of initiatives for improving the efficiency and/or effectiveness of the Accounts Receivable processes.
Requirements
- Higher education degree or currently in the final year of studies.
- Up to a 1 year of experience in the area of Accounting.
- Some experience in Accounts Receivable processes in a complex and international business environment of advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Finance and Accounting end-to-end processes.
- Must be fluent in English and Lithuanian (both written and spoken).
