Job Description:
As a Production Line Supervisor, you will be responsible for the efficient organization, coordination, and supervision of the production process, ensuring the achievement of daily production targets, adherence to quality and food safety specifications, as well as compliance with corporate procedures and the certification standards implemented by the company.
Job Duties:
Responsibilities and core job functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Organization, coordination, and supervision of the daily operation of the production line.
- Ensuring adherence to the production schedule and defined targets.
- Guidance, support, and coordination of the line personnel.
- Monitoring productivity and taking actions to optimize performance.
- Ensuring compliance with quality and food safety standards.
- Monitoring the correct operation and use of production equipment.
- Collaboration with the Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments for the smooth flow of production.
- Ensuring adherence to Health and Safety rules in the workplace.
- Participation in continuous improvement actions and problem-solving of the production process.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Ichthyology, Agronomy, or Food Technology.
- Desirable experience of 2–4 years in a similar position in food production or processing.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
- Good knowledge of computer operation.
- Completed military obligations (for male candidates).
