588105 Clinical Application Specialist- Ultrasound - Region Bayern (All Genders)
Responsible for clinical support of customers before and after the sale in the ultrasound business for southern Germany, especially for the Bavaria region.
Your Job:
- Demonstrate medical technology devices in their respective application environments (clinics, practices, OPs, etc.) to the user and instruct users on the operation of the devices
- It is important to provide a "benefit-oriented" and convincing presentation to the customer
- Configure/set up devices according to the specifications of the Account Manager/Sales Specialist/customer
- If necessary, coordinate the date for the trial installation or the date for the device instruction with the customers
- Check the necessity of further device instructions or demonstrations for the user
- Discuss demonstration planning and results with the Account Manager or Sales Specialist
- Demonstrate devices, functions, and application possibilities at trade fairs and congresses as well as at regional product and application trainings
- Continuously advise customers on application questions
- Monitor the inventory and operational readiness of the demonstration devices
- Perform visual inspections
- Check the completeness of accessories, replace accessories if necessary
- Inform customers about new devices, device extensions, or additions and present them; inform the Account Manager or Sales Specialist if the customer is interested
- Organize and conduct continuing education and exchange of experience within the team
What you should bring with you:
- Several years of professional experience as MTA/MTRA – ideally with sound ultrasound expertise
- Experience as an Application Specialist in the ultrasound field
- A strong sales and service orientation – always keeping people at the center
- Confident and professional appearance in direct customer contact
- Strong communication skills that build trust and promote cooperation
- Willingness to travel throughout Germany for customer assignments and projects
- Very good IT skills as well as sound knowledge in network technology
- Basic medical understanding combined with technical training
- Completed Bachelor's degree
- Fluent English skills in speaking and writing
