582064 Clinical Application Specialist Ultrasound - Region: Baden-Württemberg OR Hessen All Genders (Medizinisch-technische/r Radiologieassistent/in)

Responsible for clinical support of customers before and after the sale in the ultrasound business for southern Germany, primarily for the area of Baden-Württemberg or Hessen

Your job:

• Demonstrate medical technology devices to users in their respective environments (clinics, practices, OPs, etc.) and instruct users on the operation of the devices
• A "benefit-oriented" and convincing presentation to the customer is important
• Configure/set up devices according to the specifications of the Account Manager/Sales Specialist/customer
• If necessary, coordinate the date for the trial installation or the date for the device instruction with the customers
• Check the necessity of further device instructions or demonstrations for the user
• Discuss demonstration planning and results with the Account Manager or Sales Specialist
• Demonstrate devices, functions, and application possibilities at trade fairs and congresses as well as during regional product and application trainings
• Continuously advise customers on application questions
• Monitor the stock and operational readiness of the demonstration devices
• Perform visual inspections
• Check the completeness of accessories, replace accessories if necessary
• Inform customers about new devices, device extensions, or additions and present them; inform the Account Manager or Sales Specialist if the customer is interested
• Organize and conduct further training and exchange of experience within the team

What you should bring:

• Several years of professional experience as MTA/MTRA – ideally with sound ultrasound expertise
• Experience as an Application Specialist in the field of ultrasound
• A strong sales and service orientation – always with people at the center
• Confident and professional appearance in direct customer contact
• Strong communication skills that build trust and promote cooperation
• Willingness to travel throughout Germany for customer assignments and projects
• Basic medical understanding and IT affinity
• Fluent English skills in speaking and writing
