FISH PROCESSING WORKER

1. Perform assigned processing activities such as cleaning, trimming, cutting, sorting, weighing, packing, labeling, and handling of fish and seafood products. 2. Follow established processing procedures, work instructions, production schedules, and quality control requirements.

Qualifications/Requirements: At least a high school graduate or equivalent, preferably with experience in food processing or manufacturing. Physically capable of performing assigned processing duties. Willing to work in a cold, wet, or production-area environment. Willing to work on shifting schedules, overtime, rest days, or holidays when required and properly authorized. Able to follow instructions, company policies, food safety procedures, and workplace safety rules. Good teamwork, discipline, attendance, and work attitude. Previous experience in fish processing, food manufacturing, or similar work is an advantage but not necessarily required Preferably with SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig
