- Close cooperation with the Chef and F&B Management for daily coordination between the dining room and the kitchen.
- Informing and guiding staff regarding the menu, daily specials, Chef's recommendations, allergies, and special guest needs.
- Training and guidance of staff (on-the-job training), emphasizing service standards, communication with the guest, and teamwork.
- Contribution to achieving the restaurant's commercial goals through active promotion of the menu, drinks, and services, as well as through upselling techniques.
- Monitoring guest satisfaction and conveying observations and suggestions to F&B Management for operational improvement.
- Checking compliance with hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness rules in the areas of responsibility.
- Supervision of the correct use and care of restaurant equipment and materials, and immediate reporting of any damage or problems.
- Checking the adequacy of consumables and dining room materials and timely informing the F&B manager of any needs.
- Ensuring the full preparation of the restaurant before the start of service and the organization and functionality throughout the shift.

Required Qualifications:
