Groom - Σκιάθος

The Philian Hotels & Resorts Group, with 17 hotel units in Σκιάθος and Θεσσαλονίκη, is looking for dynamic and talented partners for the summer season of 2027.

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers upon their arrival and providing assistance with the transport of luggage and personal belongings.
• Safe and careful transport and placement of luggage in the rooms, according to the customers' instructions.
• In cooperation with the hotel reception, presenting to customers the respective room in which they are to stay and providing information for any questions or inquiries they may have upon arrival.
• Providing information to customers regarding the interior and exterior areas, the services, and the facilities of the hotel.
• Execution of specific tasks assigned by the Hotel Management, within the framework of the smooth operation of the unit.
• Transporting linens from the floors to the linen room and vice versa, when required.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar position in a 4* or 5* hotel
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Pleasant and professional appearance, politeness, and willingness to serve
• Responsibility, consistency, and integrity
• Flexibility regarding working hours and the ability to work in different shifts
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical endurance and the ability to respond to the requirements of the position
• Excellent knowledge of the customer service sector
• Driver's license

Desired Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Tourism Management school
• Knowledge of a 2nd foreign language
