F&B Supervisor - Skiathos

The Philian Hotels & Resorts Group, with 17 hotel units in Skiathos and Thessaloniki, is looking for dynamic and talented partners for the 2027 summer season.

Responsibilities: Organizes and supervises the daily preparation and operation of restaurants and bars, according to business instructions and occupancy needs. Ensures the proper presentation and quality of food and drinks, ensuring that service and hospitality standards are met. Drafts and monitors the weekly work schedules of their team as well as card punches, aiming for effective coverage of operational needs. Guides, supports, and trains employees in their daily work (on the job training), ensuring proper adherence to procedures. Develops a spirit of cooperation and teamwork within the department, encouraging a good working atmosphere. Checks cleanliness and compliance with food hygiene & safety rules in all F&B areas. Monitors the proper use and operation of equipment and immediately reports any technical problems. Manages and immediately resolves any customer complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Monitors stock maintenance and the proper ordering of products. Collaboration with the Restaurant Manager and/or the F&B Management for the smooth operation of departments and the implementation of corporate procedures. Responsible for maintaining safety standards for staff and customers during the operating hours of the departments.

Required Qualifications: Necessary previous experience in a similar position in a hotel Good knowledge of the English language Knowledge of food hygiene and safety rules Flexibility and adaptability in demanding conditions Ability to manage complaints and effective problem-solving Ability to organize, coordinate, and lead a team Service-oriented, polite, and professional behavior Team spirit

Desired Qualifications: Knowledge of a 2nd foreign language Graduate of a Tourism School or equivalent hospitality school Previous experience in 4* or 5* hotels will be considered an additional asset Availability of recommendations from previous employers, if requested.
