Training and support of employees aiming to improve their skills and professional development. Supervision of the heads of individual F&B departments and checking the correct use and maintenance of equipment. Monitoring the correct operation of equipment and immediate management of any technical issues. Ensuring the cleanliness of all F&B areas and compliance with the required food hygiene and safety standards. Ensuring the safety of employees and customers, as well as the protection of equipment and property within the areas of responsibility. Participation in staff training and providing on-the-job training, where required. Management of complaints and resolution of operational issues with effectiveness and professionalism.
