Barman / Barista - Skiathos

The Philian Hotels & Resorts Group, with 17 hotel units in Skiathos and Thessaloniki, is looking for dynamic and talented partners for the 2027 summer season.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant customers.
• Preparation of coffee and other beverages.
• Preparation of cocktails, according to the hotel's standards and recipes.
• Presentation of the menu and informing customers about available drinks, cocktails, and beverages.
• Active communication with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing appropriate suggestions.
• Interaction with customers, taking orders, and serving snacks and drinks.
• Maintaining an organized and clean bar, with all necessary supplies.

Required Qualifications:

• Mandatory previous experience in a similar position in a 4* or 5* hotel
• Very good knowledge of the English language
• Knowledge of preparing coffee, smoothies, and latte art
• Knowledge of preparing cocktails and basic bartending techniques
• Flexibility and adaptability in demanding conditions
• Ability to handle complaints and solve problems
• Service-oriented, politeness, friendliness
• Team spirit and ability to cooperate

Desirable Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Tourism Management school
• Knowledge of a 2nd foreign language
• Certification or specialization in Bartending/Barista
• Availability of recommendations from previous employers is considered essential.
