The Philian Hotels & Resorts Group, with 17 hotel units in Skiathos and Thessaloniki, is looking for dynamic and talented collaborators for Thessaloniki. Responsibilities: Preparing coffee Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant customers Interacting with customers, taking orders, and serving snacks and drinks Maintaining an organized and clean bar, with all necessary supplies Assessing customer needs and preferences and suggesting corresponding drinks Mixing ingredients for cocktail preparation Required Qualifications: Mandatory previous experience in a similar position in 4* or 5* hotels Very good knowledge of the English Language Knowledge of coffee, smoothies, and latte art Knowledge of cocktails Flexibility and adaptability in demanding conditions Ability to handle complaints and solve problems Service-oriented, politeness, friendliness Team spirit Benefits: Competitive compensation package with full insurance Professional working environment Training
