Bar Manager - Σκιάθος

The Philian Hotels & Resorts Group, with 17 hotel units in Σκιάθος and Θεσσαλονίκη, is looking for a Bar Manager for the 2027 summer season. We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and experienced professional, with leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, who will take charge of the smooth operation of the bar and the guidance of the team, offering high-level service to our guests. Responsibilities: Supervision and ensuring the smooth daily operation of the bar Coordination, guidance, and training of the bar team Organization of shifts and effective allocation of daily tasks Ensuring a high level of service and creating a positive experience for guests Control of the quality, presentation, and consistency of drinks and cocktails Monitoring and management of stocks, orders, and deliveries Monitoring consumption and limiting losses, according to company procedures Collaboration with Management and other hotel departments for the effective operation of the bar Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety rules, and corporate procedures Maintaining the bar area clean, organized, and fully equipped Required Qualifications: ​ Mandatory previous experience in a similar position in a 4* or 5* hotel or an organized bar Previous experience in team management and guidance Very good knowledge of bar products, cocktails, and basic preparation techniques Excellent organizational and communication skills Leadership skills and team spirit Customer-centric approach and professional behavior Responsibility, consistency, and decision-making ability Ability to effectively manage time and work in a demanding environment Good knowledge of the English language Desired Qualifications: Degree or certification in Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields Knowledge of beverage cost control, inventory management, and cost control Familiarity with POS systems and warehouse management software Knowledge of modern trends in the field of cocktails and spirits Certifications or specialized training in the field of bartending / mixology Availability of references is considered necessary, if requested.
