Planning Specialist - Civil and Electromechanical Works (Ipiaú-BA)

Responsibilities and assignments

• Elaborate management presentations and monitoring reports;
• Conduct management meetings, presenting results, deviations, and points of attention;
• Update schedules in Primavera P6;
• Analyze physical performance and planning indicators;
• Identify schedule deviations and support the elaboration of action plans;
• Consolidate information from the involved areas to support decision-making;
• Monitor the progress of electromechanical and civil works, ensuring compliance with established deadlines.

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed higher education in Engineering;
• Mastery in management presentations and elaboration of executive reports;
• Advanced English;
• Advanced Excel, with the capacity for data analysis and consolidation;
• Knowledge of Primavera P6;
• Experience in planning, monitoring, and control of electromechanical and civil works;
• Knowledge in schedule management, physical progress updates, and monitoring of deadlines and deliveries.
