Founded in 2013, Bibench Systems is a small business specializing in High-End digital electronics in the space sector. Located in the St Cyprien district of Toulouse, BiBench is primarily a group of passionate, versatile engineers, motivated as much by a start-up style community atmosphere as by carrying out stimulating and ambitious projects. The company is notably recognized for its highly complex component test qualification systems for space, whether in the field of irradiation testing systems or aging tests. The company also boasts achievements such as "balloon" onboard computers, Nanosat ground commissioning systems, portable neutron counting systems, etc. Its clients are the main players in the field: CNES, ONERA, ESA, Thalès-Alénia-Space, Airbus, Héméria, Sodern, etc. BiBench's strength lies as much in its ability to implement cutting-edge digital components (Systems-On-Chip, DDRs memories, FPGA, etc.) as in its global and flexible approach to projects, allowing it to manage complex projects from end to end with full autonomy and great agility. The Position The company is looking to expand its team by recruiting a Lead Electronics Engineer M/F in a context of growing activities. The team, composed of 5 versatile engineers (Hw & Sw), works on high-level technical projects (development on Xilinx Versal SoC, for example), from their definition to turnkey delivery to clients. Within this team, you will intervene as an expert in the field of AN/NUM electronics and low-level software programming (C/C++/VHDL). Your deep expertise in electronics, combined with your ability to provide technical supervision to a team, will allow you to lead large-scale projects for Bibench's clients. As a technical referent, you will be responsible for designing and proposing innovative and creative technical solutions that meet the specific needs of each project. At the same time, you will ensure team management, promoting their professional development and guiding them in acquiring new skills, thereby guaranteeing the overall success of the company's projects under your co-supervision with the company founder. Your skills and personality will complement the team; your "additional" knowledge (thermal, mechanical, power, optics, RF, etc.) will contribute to the knowledge sharing inherent to the company. Missions Reporting to the Founder, the main missions of the position will be the supervision and support of the company's teams in the technical success of their projects.

• Management of product development cycles using V-model methodology for the production of electronic boards. From the client needs analysis phase to the turnkey delivery of the product, including the choice of technical architecture, design, test methods, etc.
• Studies and production of electronic boards (component selection, schematic, routing, BOM, PCB fab monitoring, wiring monitoring, tests, etc.) Digital electronics development on FPGA / SoC (Xilinx suites, VHDL, C, etc.) Embedded software development (µC STM32, C, etc.) Project management on GIT / Cloud, archiving of technical specifications and product version management.
• Project management (costs, quality, deadlines).
• Writing technical documents (specifications, procedures, manuals, etc.) Client relationship monitoring: meetings, email exchanges, telephone contacts, site visits, SAV/MCO, etc.
• Participation in responses, consultations, and calls for tenders.

Profile

Engineering degree (Master's level) or equivalent level of experience in the field of electronics. You have 10 years of recognized experience in this field of activity. You are passionate about electronics and techniques and interested in challenges related to cutting-edge technologies. Knowledge in the field of engineering is a plus for your application (thermal, mechanical, power, optics, RF, etc.) Technical English is essential.
