For our analytical laboratory at the Konstanz location, we are looking for a committed individual to responsibly manage the test sample incoming and logistical processes. In this interface function, you will significantly support our laboratory in the efficient and GMP-compliant processing of all sample and material flows.

Job Description

For our analytical laboratory at the Konstanz location, we are looking for a committed individual to responsibly manage the test sample incoming and logistical processes. In this interface function, you will significantly support our laboratory in the efficient and GMP-compliant processing of all sample and material flows.

Your Tasks

• Reception, registration, and GMP-compliant recording of test samples, standards, and reagents in the eLIMS system
• Verification of the completeness and integrity of incoming samples
• Support of laboratory logistics, including internal material distribution
• Management, maintenance, and organization of storage areas (e.g., refrigerators, hazardous material storage, standard and reagent storage)
• Ensuring correct labeling, documentation, and traceability of all materials
• Management of retention samples and disposal material
• General organizational activities to support laboratory processes
• Participation in continuous improvement processes (KVP)

Qualifications

Your Profile

• Completed training, ideally in a scientific or technical field

*(e.g., Chemielaborant/in, CTA, PTA, BTA or comparable qualification)* – alternatively professional experience in logistics or goods receipt in a regulated environment

• Initial experience in a laboratory environment or in GMP/ISO-regulated areas is desirable
• Careful, structured, and reliable way of working
• Confident handling of IT systems (e.g., MS Office; experience with LIMS is an advantage)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• High level of commitment, flexibility, and resilience
• Basic English skills that enable understanding of English documents and conducting simple communication
